In-Person Registration Notes:

By registering for the in-person meeting, you agree to abide by the screening protocols.

If the COVID-19 Community Transmission for Tarrant County is at threat level red, by noon on the Friday prior to the meeting, the in-person meeting will be canceled. All registrants will be notified via email and instructed to attend virtually.

As excited as we are to see everyone again, we will always put the health of our staff, volunteers, contractors, guests, and meeting attendees first!

NCTTRAC guidelines to attending in-person meetings is subject to change based on community conditions.
