Join us as we discuss specific complex trauma cases and learn how to effectively work as a team for the best outcome. The conference is designed to meet the educational needs of primary, acute and critical care physicians, physicians assistants, advanced practice and staff nurses, respiratory therapists, paramedics, Child Life specialists and social workers who care for pediatric trauma patients.

In support of improving patient care, Cook Children’s Health Care System is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Physician: Cook Children’s Health Care System designates this live activity for a maximum of 7.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.  Participants must receive a grade of 100% on the post-test and complete the online evaluation to receive credit.

Enduring:  A recording of this live activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™, nursing and behavioral health credit. The number of hours for enduring credit will be based upon the actual time of the recording.
