2026 RNC Midterm Convention NCTTRAC Healthcare Situational Awareness & Coordination Call (HSACC)

Description
NCTTRAC will host a brief daily Healthcare Situational Awareness & Coordination Call (HSACC) during the 2026 RNC Midterm Convention operational period.
Similar to the Healthcare Coordination Calls conducted during the FIFA World Cup, these calls will provide a common operating picture for healthcare partners, support regional information sharing, and identify any emerging healthcare impacts, resource concerns, or coordination needs associated with the event.
Due to the anticipated geographic footprint of the convention, coordination will primarily focus on the Dallas area and directly impacted healthcare partners, while maintaining regional situational awareness across TSA-E as appropriate.
Discussions may include:
• Current healthcare and hospital operational status
• EMS or patient movement impacts
• Emerging incidents of healthcare-related concerns
• Resource or coordination needs
• Relevant public health or emergency management updates
• Significant changes anticipated during the next operational period
These calls are intended to remain brief and operationally focused. Partners should participate as appropriate based on their organization’s involvement or situational awareness needs.
