The Expert Planning Team (EPT) meetings are part of a coordinated regional effort to prepare for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Hosted by NCTTRAC, these sessions bring together healthcare, public health, and emergency management partners to support multi-agency planning and operational readiness. Each meeting is designed to enhance coordination, clarify roles and responsibilities, and address sector-specific planning considerations related to large-scale, high-impact events.
