Description

The 2026 Medical Response and Surge Exercise (MRSE) After-Action Review (AAR) provides participating organizations an opportunity to review exercise outcomes, discuss observed strengths and gaps, and identify opportunities for improvement. This session supports regional collaboration and continuous improvement efforts in alignment with ASPR Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP) requirements.

Discussion will focus on key operational areas, including incident management, medical surge, patient movement, information sharing, and multi-agency coordination. Participant feedback and collected data will be used to inform the regional After-Action Report and Improvement Plan (AAR/IP).

Participation is encouraged for organizational leadership, exercise players, evaluators, and other key stakeholders involved in the MRSE.
