 EMS Short Form Handoff Task Force 

The EMS Short Form Handoff Task Force meeting will include both a virtual and in-person option. The Member Hub powered by Growth Zone portal is for in person meetings only. Please compete the registration below to attend the in-person meeting.

In-Person Registration Notes:

If there are no registrants, by noon on the Tuesday prior to the meeting, the in-person meeting will be canceled. All registrants will be notified via email and instructed to attend virtually.
